Villa Ciany is a charming Provencal, detached family villa with air conditioning set in mature gardens and enjoying magnificent views over the Bay of Villefrance and Cap Ferrat. The villa is situated approximately 10 km from Nice airport, 12 km from Monaco and 24 km from the Italian.


This villa and gardens are south facing and enjoy the sun throughout the day. Being in an elevated position, the views across the Bay of Villefranche are magnificent. The villa benefits from a heated pool, which is serviced throughout the year. There is a covered pergola beside the pool, which is ideal for eating meals out during the warmer months and in the evenings with seating for 8 plus guests. In the pergola, we have a fridge / wine cooler and loungers for use by the pool. A maid or our manager will meet guests on arrival and arrange cleaning etc. A gardener tends the gardens 5 hours a week and will dispose of the refuse. As villa Ciany is within easy traveling distance of Nice, Monaco and the Italian border by car or train, there is plenty to do for each individual taste. The villa is well furnished and in excellent condition. There is a large open space lounge with French doors leading to the terrace, also a spacious dining hall and separate study.
