Location Information:: Just 30 miles North of Tampa International Airport, 20 miles North of Clearwater in a secluded setting and 23 miles North of Clearwater Beach. Close to Innisbrook PGA Golf Resort and other golf courses, free tennis at local park (five courts day and night). Excellent restaurants, including the Greek Sponge Docks (a famous International Tourist attraction), all five-minutes from house.

Delicious cuisine at the Waterside Cafes. 45 mins to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 30 mins to Clearwater Beach, or shop at the World Class International Mall. Just 2hrs to Disney, Epcot, etc. Tourist attraction at the local Greek Sponge docks with waterside restaurants, unique souvenir shoppes, beautiful casual tropical clothes, winery, hand made soap shoppe etc. plus sponge diving and shark feeding at the aquarium.

Beautiful view

We loved the view. On different days we saw dolphins and one day we actually saw manatees! Diane and Scott were great to work with when we had questions. Our family enjoyed their stay, as did we!!

Christmas time

We had a wonderful stay to visit family in the area for Christmas. Great neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins from the home. Had a great boat day with Todd, leaving right from the dock. We had a house issue but was quickly fixed within the hour on the holiday weekend. Thank you!

Great comunication

It was great to work with this host as she was fast to address any request. We had problems with a few items and they were understanding and wanted the best for us. The hot tub (not as pictured in the photos) never really did work but they tried. We were excited to find a Keurig there too!

Great location on the Gulf of Mexico.

Nice three bedroom house located on a peninsula. Very quiet with a dock, lap pool, on the water. We enjoyed watching the birds of Florida from the patio. Very relaxing and we enjoyed our time renting this property.
