About this property

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional French building. It has 1 kingsize bed in bedroom & a double sofabed for use in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It’s a nice bright apartment, pleasantly furnished and comfortable. Located in Le Suquet, It is ideal for both holiday and business trips, the Palais de Festivals is a 5 minute walk, and beaches are 250 meters away from the apartment.

Le Suquet with its narrow winding streets is filled with restaurants and small shops. The covered market (Fortville) is 3 minutes away and is well worth a visit, it’s ideal for purchasing - cheese, flowers and vegetables, It also comes with bags of local atmosphere and will be a challenge to ones ‘school boy’ French.

Nice flat; Convenient location

Nice flat well appointed for our business trip. Close to Palais and restaurants.

Outdated and very hot apartment with no air conditioning

The only good thing about this apartment was the proximity to the old town of Le Suquet and the church at the top with panoramic views of the city. Other than that, the apartment was really outdated with old furniture and appliances, no TV in the bedroom, no air conditioner, only dirty fans blowing hot air in the really hot days we stayed here. The apartment was also on a second floor with no elevator. After seeing where the big hotels were and how much they asked per night, this booking was not worth the money I spent. I had to listen to my poor husband complaining the entire time because the heat was so unbearable that he could not sleep. The bed in the bedroom was also very small and hard. I would never stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment

We had a great time staying in this flat for 3 days. The situation is marvellous, so close to the restaurants and beach yet peaceful. Everything we needed was there and both Patrick and Maria who is the key holder went out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a city break for a few days especially in November......to sit and eat on the beach at this time of year was a real treat!

Great apartment and location in Cannes

The apartment was very accurately described, comfortable and good value for money. The communal area of the building was not great but once inside the apartment we were very happy and it was very quiet despite being in a city. The location of the apartment could not have been better for getting around on foot. Within 5 minutes walk there are numerous lovely restaurants for lunch or dinner. Within 10 minutes or so you are at the train station and the bus stop for the airport bus. Communication with the Owner was swift and easy as was meeting his representative to get the keys. All in all it is definitely somewhere I would return to if I visit Cannes again.
