It is a 24-hour manned gated community that boasts a resort style pool with a waterslide and spa, separate toddler pool, billiard tables, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, video game room, children’s playground, sundry shop, and even a movie theatre! On top of all of this, it is located just minutes from Walt Disney World. You will not be disappointed staying in this community!

The property is fully furnished, it has a fully equipped kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, etc.), full size washer and dryer, and include TV’s, free WIFI (up to 1000mbps lan connection) in the home , stereo systems, iron/ironing boards, and all of your linens and towels. This accommodation is located within fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios Orlando®, SeaWorld® and other great Orlando attractions! The property featured here is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Townhome with private splash pool. PLEASE NOTE that pool heat is an optional extra. Pool heat is only available for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid upfront. Note that there is construction in the area during business hours.

Had what we needed

The property itself was nice. We have younger kids and the pool/splash pad area was perfect. The unit we stayed in wasn't anything special but did have the bare minimals for us, and it was clean.

Not what I imagined

Pulling up to the neighborhood we found out the security didn’t have our name down so we had to get out of the line to contact the property manager and it was resolved in a couple of minutes. When we entered the property we weren’t impressed. It reminded me of a dorm room with cheap furnishings, old and faded pool towels, and old and chipped cooking pans. The floor made my daughters socks black. There were stale goldfish in the bedroom downstairs. The pool looked dirty because of the stained floor so we didn’t even use it because it just didn’t look appealing. The pool floater looks like it hadn’t been replaced since they started renting the unit out. I was going to clean some of tbe bugs out so my son could jump in and the pool net was disintegrated and full of holes. The outdoor furniture was old and faded. Every morning at 7am we were woken up by construction that’s being done behind the property and we were credited for the inconvenience but I wish we would have know beforehand because we enjoy sleeping in a bit while we are on vacation. The washing machine had black mold and it smelled so bad we couldn’t wash. I can’t believe they wash all of the bedding and towels in this washing machine for their guests. There is no pride in this property and it’s apparent in the lack of up keeping and updating this property for their guests. Seems just like it’s a for profit operation. Only thing we liked and enjoyed especially for our kids was the main pool and water park area.

Soccer tournament stay

This was a perfect place to stay while one of our sons participated in Memorial Day soccer tournament at Wide World of Sports. Beds were comfortable, townhouse was clean, pools were a blast, and the location was extremely convenient. We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before and we always have a good experience— this property is a nice one!

Lage zu den Parks perfekt

Die Lage zu den Parks ist perfekt. Innerhalb 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man jeden Disney Park. Die Unterkunft ist für ein paar Tage okay. Mehr auch nicht. Die Möbel weisen ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Der Poolboden wurde wohl lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Könnte alles ein bisschen mehr Pflege vertragen.
