About Richard Alexander
My son Devon and I own Kays Kabin. We live in Chattanooga Tn. My late mother Kaye Perry bought this property in 1998. In Dec. 2007 we tore down the old cabin and had Rocky Mtn. Builders-Adam Gilreath and Chris Steele build this new one. I highly recommend them as they are my good friends now. We have a tile business so we were able to do lots of work ourselves. This is our 'Dream Cabin' that we visit at least once a month, with our family and friends. When I try to tell people about Suches, it's hard to put it into words. This place is special, the people are unbelievably friendly. Everyone who comes here loves it and wants to come back. We hope you will too. Thanks for your inquiry! Richard
Richard Alexander purchased this Cabin in 2008
What makes this Cabin unique
The Cabin benefits: Appalachian Trail just out the front door. The Hammock, I can't explain it, you just have to experience it yourself. Memories made around 'The Fire Pit', and early morning coffee while gazing at the fish are unique benefits that our cabin offers.

Great cabin, great stay!
No problems at all
Get away weekend.
Nice cabin! Great place to go and unplug!
This was a lovely get away for our family. What started as a hurricane evacuation, turned into a wonderful family trip. If you listen closely, you can hear the church bells in the distance at 9am.
Beautiful and comfortable cabin; all the amenities of home. Especially loved the bear in the shower.
Mountain get away.
The mountain roads getting there were very curvy as you would expect but once at the cabin it was wonderful.
The house was always in the shade of the trees so even when it was hot out it was very pleasant on the porch which we enjoyed alot.
Kitchen well stocked, a great electic griddle available, some seasonings, coffee goes pods or ground.
Beds and linens were good, we enjoyed our mtn escape very much.
