Natalia and Walter worked for Alitalia Airlines for more than 25 years. Natalia prior to work at Alitalia lived for more than a year in London, studying and working in a tourist agency. She speaks excellent English, understands and speaks Spanish and can 'get by' in French but also a real understanding of just what travellers need when they’re renting a short-term apartment in a foreign Country . Walter worked as well as pilot in Alitalia for more than 30 years, in the photo above you see Walter piloting Pope Giovanni Paolo II to Mozambico in 1988. They both attended courses of the History of Roman Art, which allowed them to get to know the city very well and they will share their knowledge with you at your arrival. At check in they will personally welcome you and spend time to guide you in programming your vacation. You will have the feeling to meet a personal guide, that help you at 360' in discovering this big city so full of history, and save so much time that normally takes to a person that is in town for the first time The twenty-five years Natalia spent traveling from one country to another gave her an opportunity to learn about the ways and customs of many countries and enhanced her natural predisposition for interpersonal relationships; she always succeeds in establishing an immediate, friendly relationship with her guests. Since 1995, Natalia attended the 'Academy of Decorative Arts', discovering a hidden talent for painting and decorating that she never imagined before. She now puts this talent to use personally decorating her apartments. In fact, the tiles in the kitchens and the tabletops in the dining areas of her apartments are all hand painted as well as the tromp l'oeil paintings, which gives each apartment a unique touch.

The oldest and most important structures of the ancient city are located in the forum, including its ancient former royal residency the Regia and the surrounding complex of the Vestal virgins. The Old Republic had its formal Comitium there where the senate, as well as Republican government began. The forum served as a city square and central hub where the people of Rome gathered for justice, and faith. Amazing Rome Apartment
This apartment is absolutely wonderful! So clean and in an ideal location which allows you to walk to many of the sights in the city. Property Managers are very knowledgeable about area and respond to any questions in a very timely manner.
We stayed 6 nights in this apartment. We were very comfortable, great size for two people. The washer came in very handy. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc.
Location is good with a lot of great restaurants close by, however it seemed like everywhere we went was up hill.
Walter was very nice to work with and communication was great. He even arranged airport pickup for us and a taxi to the Vatican.
Helpful hosts and amazing location
Roaming in Rome
This property was the perfect answer to finding the right place in Rome! Everything a person needs including access to great food, wine, transportation and major sites was in our reach. A mobile phone for local calling made connecting with our family so convenient.
But the best amenity here was peace. The apartment is a sanctuary from a busy noisy Rome, yet located perfectly within walking distance to everything. We could open the windows in the evening and watch others enjoy traveling as well in the morning enjoy coffee while the city wakes. Wonderful local food in every direction only minutes away. We would definitely recommend this lovely place and the gracious hosts.
thank you for the wonferful review.
It was apleasure meeting you and we hope to have you again as our guests.
All the best
Walter and Natalia
The Perfect Location and Best Customer Service
We had the most amazing experience for our short stay in Rome. The apartment is in the perfect location, and is walking distance from most must-see sites. If you prefer less walking, the Metro station is just a few steps from your door. I also can't say enough about Natalia and Walter's customer service. They arranged a taxi service to pick us up from the airport, and while they were unfortunately out of town during our stay, they had their wonderful friend meet us for check-in to show us the apartment, answer questions, give recommendations, and help plan our itinerary. Thank you for everything!!!
Great location! Wonderful owners!
We had a wonderful experience at Walter and Natalie’s property. The location could not be better. We experienced a two night delay in London, due to weather. Walter was very understanding and helpful. We were grateful to have such a lovely man greet us. He explained everything thoroughly when we arrived. We highly recommend this property. And plan to return!
