About Kenneth Schreefer
I am originally from the New York City area and spent most of my adult years living in Washington, DC working for the Federal government. With last year's change of administrations, I decided to permanently relocate to Wellington, Florida, an equestrian community located in western Palm Beach County.
Kenneth Schreefer purchased this Condo in 2008

Adorable, quiet, convenient, clean, felt like home!
What a sweet condo. Friendly neighbors, lots of parking room, well kept property! Every possible need has been anticipated by the owner, who was also VERY responsive. A plus was the locked basement to store my bikes. My one (and honestly only one) issue is that the property is next to a kind of run off so there were lots of mosquitos making the really cute furnished porch basically unusable, despite the fact that bug spray and candles were provided. I also understand this was a particularly buggy year. Still worth a stay though!
A Lovely Spot in Provincetown
You would be hard pressed to find a better appointed, more comfortable and quiet place from which to explore Provincetwon than this one-bedroom condo of Ken's. A short walk from the Gallery District and the Fine Arts Work Center (and everything else on Commericial Street), the condo is clean, quiet and set back from Bradford Street in a lovely wooded setting. Ken was patient, kind and immediately responsive to any issues that arose. This is the second time we've stayed in this particular condo building and, having formerly owned a condo in Ptown ourselves, we can assure you you are getting a wonderful place at a fair price. Thank you Ken!
Kenneth’s condo was exactly as advertised, beautiful, has everything you need at a great location!
This was our second time renting this condo. It is a really comfortable place in a great location. The condo is out of the hustle and bustle of town, the area is nice and quiet and yet an easy walk into town. There is every you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of towels, pots and pans, beach chairs, plastic containers, you name it. It really feels like a home away from home.
Thanks Lori! When I decorated and furnished the condo, I did it as though I was going to live in it myself with all the comforts of home. Over the years, many guests have commented that it feels just like home. That was my intention and I am glad that you enjoyed your second stay at the condo.
We were so happy to find our space as it was shown. We found ourselves wanting to spend more time there! We will come back for sure!
Glad that you did. Thanks!
Thank you Ken your place was clean, nicely decorated and so close to town. We enjoyed our trip
Glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thanks!
A quaint stay! Recommended !
Tucked away, the unit is a perfect getaway from the lively Main Street of P-town. Bound to get a good nights rest! Good that this property has a sofa bed. Kitchen is well stocked with herbs and kitchen appliances. Nice to have the option of preparing a full blown home cooked meal. Kenneth is very helpful and reachable throughout our stay! Would recommend this spot!! Thanks ken!
Thanks for the great review Nora! I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at my condo in Provincetown. Ken
Located at the very end of Cape Cod and nestled along the Cape Cod National Seashore, Provincetown is truly a one-of-a kind destination filled with interesting individuals from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. With the dunes, ocean, bay, bike trails, live entertainment, endless art galleries. whale watching excursions, sailing, tourist shops, and fine restaurants visitors can find whatever they are looking for, be it for the heart, soul, mind, or body. A truly unique place that you will find very hard to leave, and when you do, a never ending desire to return again and again.
While you are staying here, you will be extremely comfortable in a very modern condo in a new building (relatively rare for Provincetown). While inside the condo, you will feel secluded and away from the crowds, yet when you walk a block or so to Commercial Street, you will have the special world of Provincetown at your feet with all it has to offer.
