The evolution series house sets the standard in terms of sustainability and offers all of the creature comforts one might expect from an alpine residence including under-floor heating, a gas fire, six heat pumps and a solar powered water heater.

The four-bedroom house, one downstairs and three upstairs, was built using materials and practices which reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability. Fittings, including light and heating, are all energy efficient.

Relax and enjoy all the modern comforts in luxury, whilst enjoying the floor to ceiling views overlooking Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables.

Absolutely Remarkable

Great Stay

We loved our stay. The House was cosy, clean and well stocked pantry items. Great amenities and awesome heating. It was a perfect peaceful spot with an amazing view of the Queens town lake and surrounds. I

A little disappointed

This property is huge, plenty of room for a big family. Heating in the home is amazing. Has everything you need. The kitchen tap was leaking and broken, and the bathrooms need to be cleaned better. Overall I would still recommend this as a great place to stay.
