It was okay
A few things were out of order like : fire place, dryer, dirty laundry , property leaves not blown off on property.
When you arrive the outside appearance is quite spooky. Property is unkept, tarp over part of roof, green algae growing all over the exterior wood. Inside is not so bad, bit could also use more care. Roof has been leaking for quite some time and has started to show through on the ceiling and walls. Spider webs inside and dusting hadn't been done for a little while. I don't believe we'll return for a 2nd stay. Also the cabin address has not been updated with Google maps and the property is well beyond where it states. I wouldn't suggest trying to find it in the dark.
We were there celebrating our 28th Anniversary! The cabin was nice and just as described. We loved the back porch sitting out listening to nature! We would recommend this cabin and just might be back!
My sister and I had a really nice stay. We were just coming back from a cruise to Bahamas and was looking for a laid back mountain get away. This place was absolutely that place. Close to Helen GA. and Murphy NC for some Casino play.
Property needs a fixing. Roof had a leak, mold was growing near it. All sliders did not work except one we managed to open about two feet. Otherwise we had a great time. It was very peaceful there.
Great Independence Day Stay!
The property was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean. The deck was beautiful. We spent most of our time at the lake with friends, but loved coming to the cabin to sleep!
