The best choice for an affordable condominium close to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Relax in front of the fireplace after a great ski day during the winter. During the summer, bask in the sun on the large deck and get ready for an evening barbecue. These comfortable properties have a master bedroom, a loft bedroom and two full bathrooms. The vaulted ceiling in the living room gives an expanded feel, and the large windows bring in the afternoon sun. These are end units, and the decks face an open glen for an additional feeling of privacy. The shuttle bus to Diamond peak runs right out front, and the beach is only a quick jump in the car or by bike.

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

6/10 Okay

Alpine Terrace #5
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, tacked back and very quiet. Inside, not so much. Room is very dark, not much of lights (some light bulbs were out). Kitchen pots, utensils and dishes were very limited, not even enough for 2 people stay. The dishwasher has an issue need to be fixed (the bottom basket won’t stay in place) . There was no coffee table to be used while watching tv on the couch. The wood burning fireplace was great but it would be nice to have some wood at least for the first day for the just arrived guest to use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No instructions on how to operate television. There were no local channels available. It was Roko Tv which requires a subscription. The Wi Fi address and password they gave us was incorrect. Bottom line is that we had 2 days and nights with no TV or Internet. Nothing to do put look at the walls for 2 days. Their 24 hour service center new nothing about TV or internet operations..Left a message to the office the first night but they did not respond the next day. I had to drive down to their office to have my problems addressed. They are happy to take your money at reservations but not at all willing to accommodate or assist you after check in.

A pleasant surprise
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Alpine Terrace #5. It was better than we expected. Perfect amount of space for our family of three. Quiet at night, and a convenient location. It’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but that didn’t bother us at all. Our only complaint would be the mattresses and bedding. The mattresses are older, noisy, and uncomfortable, and the bedding could use an update.

4/10 Poor

Sonia D., San Jose, CA

It had an ant problem and needs updating. Lacked some essentials like a clean sponge, cutting board,
Vacation station sent someone to put down ant traps so it was better but there were still some ants- really big ones. We had plenty of space, which was nice. It was okay.

Awesome MLK Weekend
We stayed at Alpine Terrace #5 for MLK weekend. We loved it!!! The place just need a little upgrade but it's clean, and mostly got all the stuff that we need. Love the room upstairs, my daughter loves it too Much. The bathroom is clean too and huge! Both bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Just a tip though, for the closet near the door that has the broom, vacuum etc, maybe a lil arrangement will be perfect and maybe make it also as a jacket or coat closet since it's near the door! Also put something that the place will smell good, the place doesnt stink but it smells something old but i have an air freshener & it made the house smells hella good, Overall it was a great vacation! We really had fun, its close to everything too! We will definitely go back and i also told my friends how great this place is. Just a little upgrade like for beddings, throw pillow and maybe flowers or something on the dining table. And also high chairs maybe 3 on the kitchen counter. But again the place is perfect! Definitely recommend this place for a getaway! :)
