House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)
Why Jan chose Santa Rosa Beach
We love the Gulf and white water of the Emerald Coast! Our families lived in Panama City, but when we looked for a beach house in 2001 we wanted the little neighborhoods and family atmosphere of 30A. The appeal of 30A can not be found elsewhere in Northwest Florida: free concerts, fantastic food, multiple bike paths, wine tastings, interesting architecture, and no huge condos!
What makes this House unique
At age 11 our daughter wrote the following for our guest book: 'Hi! Welcome to Sandy Feet! I hope that you enjoy your visit here. A fun thing to do is to walk along the beach and play in the water. I know that you will also enjoy the pool. The wrap-around porch has a great view of the beach too. Kids like me will like the bunk beds. Well, have lots of fun at Sandy Feet.'

Great Family Vacation
House is nice and neighborhood is exceptional.
Property was nice. Just a few things seemed a little neglected
So many extras supplied for the beach and pool
Great rooms and porches
The home was beautiful and complete with all the amenities. The walk to the beach was short and all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. were very welcome. Prior to arrival, we were somewhat concerned about noise due to proximity to Gulf Place and other homes. Overall that did not prove to be case. Except for the parrot that resides two homes away, who would squawk at various times during the day, our stay was very peaceful and relaxing.
Great house, great pool, great location
We were down for spring break and had a wonderful time. Thanks to Jan and Ben for their hospitality.
Restaurants, coffee house, retail shops, artists market, and weekly outdoor concerts in season at Gulf Place; 18 mile path along 30A for biking, hiking, jogging and roller-blading. Lifeguarded beach available from mid-March through September at Ed Walline public beach access next to Sunrise Beach neighborhood.
