About Anne Linder
Anne and I purchased this property in 2000. We have remodeled and continue to add things for our guests to enjoy. The latest set of pictures shows the knotty alder wood doors and trim. We love Park City and this is our second home. We actually take advantages of all of the outdoor activities present such as golf, fishing, horse back riding, water skiing, and motorcycling. While we grew up in California, we will never leave Park City or Salt Lake. Imagine, coming here will take you back thirty years.

Why Anne Linder chose Canyons Resort
We chose this property for the view and the location. Staying at Red Pine puts you inside the Canyons Resort. Guests are actually staying at a ski resort. In addition, Red Pine also offers a great recreation facility with two pools, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, and a sauna.
What makes this Condo unique
Everything is so close. There are three resorts just in the Park City area. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snow Basin are all less than an hour's drive. Park City itself is one of the greatest destination resorts in the country. Park City has its own unique culture to enjoy.

Family Ski Trip to The Canyons at Park City
My husband, our daughter, son-in-law and grandson all really enjoyed staying at Ray and Ann's Condo at the Red Pines Condominiums at The Canyons in Park City. They are both very kind, gracious and hospitable hosts. The condo was very clean, comfy and well-equipped for our cooking needs. Location is great with very easy access to all the mountains in Park City and both canyons. Family also enjoyed the use of the pool & hot tub and plenty of towels were provided by Anne & Ray. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions. On our last day, my husband wound up having a freak accident (he was accidentally hit by a moving gondola while entering and knocked down. We wound up spending a long evening at Park City Hospital getting tests down to assure that he hadn't broken his hip and to make sure he would be OK to fly home to Philadelphia the next day. Ann kept in touch with me by text and even offered for us to stay at the condo longer for free if we needed to extend our stay.. They went way above & beyond in their kindness and generosity. I would hight recommend this VRBO property and hope to be returning in the future. ~ Susanne Fedor
Not what we expected...
I will start by saying that the Linders are certainly nice people. They were accommodating in providing us with a portable crib, some sleds for our 4 year old, as well as some toys and books for our one-year-old.
However, we were very surprised when we arrived to the condo and found that it is a one bedroom with an open loft divided by a curtain into two spaces rather than a three bedroom as described. I went back through the description of the property and the reviews thinking I must have missed something, but could not find anyone noting this fact. For our purposes, this was very challenging. Tiptoeing around and trying to be quiet with a four year old and a baby who are trying to adjust from East Coast time led to quite a bit of discomfort on everyone's part. We are all still adjusting from the sleep deprivation.
If you are looking for a place to fit a lot of people on beds and you are not light sleepers, this will probably work out fine for you. Going forward, I will always ask owners whether they have TRUE bedrooms so we don't make this mistake again.
Awesome Vacation Spot!
Great comfortable place. Between the ski bus and the ski shuttle to your door- it was very easy to get around. We had fabulous snow and enjoyed skiing!! Everything you need in the apartment. Nice gas fireplace. The upstairs is more of an open loft than 2 private bedrooms, but lots of space and worked great for us. The hot tub and heated swimming pool were super at the end of the day. Totally enjoyed it and would stay again!!
Great Value, Location and View
This condo worked well for a week-long ski trip to Utah. The convenient location, at the base of the Canyons at Park City, made it easy for us to ski Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton and Snowbasin as well as White Pine and Soldier Hollow Nordic skiing sites. It is also nice to be close to downtown Park City. There is a bus stop nearby which made it easy to get around without a car. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and it has a nice deck with a great view of the mountains. The condo could use a few cosmetic updates like some new carpet. The owners are very responsive and communicative. Overall, a great value and a comfortable base for a ski trip to Utah.
Annual Family Ski Trip
This condo provides a lot of real (not pull out sofas) beds that are very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Cabriolet gondola in the morning (all down hill). The walk back in the afternoon after skiing all day is a little harder but doable . The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. And the view from the sliding glass door is awesome!
Anne and Ray were very easy and pleasant to communicate with.
Nice place close to Canyons
We had a nice stay here over President’s day weekend. The place is as advertised. Decent space, a lot of beds for the space, and about a 10 min walk to the base. Kitchen and laundry in the unit were nice. Place was quiet. Would stay here again.
Seven golf courses, three ski resorts, and ice skating within minutes. Utah and Park City has the best golfing for the money anywhere in the country. There is great shopping in both unique and discount stores the Park City area. The Canyons has many fantastic restaruants, There are motion picture theaters and sport facilities close by.
