About Jeanie Vanderham
We grew up in southern California which is where we met, married and began to raise our five children. We moved to Idaho in 1992. We own and operate a dairy farm here.
Jeanie Vanderham purchased this House in 2008
Why Jeanie Vanderham chose Hagerman
We have always enjoyed water sports with our children and had always dreamed of having a vacation home. This property fit that dream. We all live about 15 miles from the property so it is easy for our family to come and go. We always feel we are on vacation!
What makes this House unique
The view here is amazing with the canyon walls, waterfalls, and river flowing. There is enough activity on the water from boaters to keep things interesting but never disturbing.

The house worked out perfect for our group! Very comfortable, beautiful views, and the ice maker was so nice to have! We will definitely be back! Thanks again
So glad you had an enjoyable time. Thanks for your stay and your review.
Amazing location and setup! Everything you need and then some.
The only bad part of this property was having to leave. Kids and adults all had fun kayaking and playing in the river. Blue heart springs is amazing. Took a dhort drive to Twin Falls to see the Shoshone Falls and Prerrine Bridge. Amazing vacation.
Great place to stay.
We had a great time at this property. We used the canoes and kayaks and went to the other side of the river to explore. The back deck has a beautiful view.
So glad the weather cooperated with your vacation time and you enjoyed your visit at our home!
Steele Family Reunion
I can't say enough about how wonderful this home was!! It was clean; well stocked with the basics; lots of seating inside and outside. The canoe and kayaks were so much fun. The view of the river and the water falls outstanding! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Many little side trips to keep all ages busy. Absolutely loved it!!! We will be back!
Thank you for sharing such a positive response! Glad you enjoyed yourselves!
Amazing Home on the River
This house is amazing. The set up is perfect for a large group. Plenty of parking. Every amenity you could ask for. Even an ice maker! The kitchen is amazing, the beds are comfy, decks on every level. My family just cannot brag enough. The deck and boat slip, the view, the waterfalls. All breathtaking. We plan to make this a yearly get away. Super nice owners and easy to work with on every level. Clean, cool, amazing time!
Just right for our quilter's retreat!
7 of us came down for a quilt retreat weekend. We used the dining room table and 3 of our own tables in the dining room and with the big sliding glass doors to the river it was wonderful. We loved the natural light and the view! We didn't use the downstairs apartment because it didn't appear to lock but we were all happy and able to fit upstairs. (One of us slept on couch cushions made into a bed upstairs.)
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would do it again!
