This Modern Zen Style pool villa located in gated community in Nai Harn Baan-Bua Development with 24 hrs. security. Access to the project by key card. It’s only 800 meters to Nai Harn beach through the back gate. 5 mins drive to the beach, close to many restaurant and minimart.

Rental price includes: maid cleaning, pool cleaning garden care 2 times / week and bed linen changes 1 time/week. Cable TV, Internet. Excluded: Water (35 THB/Unit), Electricity (7 THB/Unit)
