First of all Pat and I are so excited to have you as our guest! We love to entertain and even though we may not get the opportunity to meet you face to face we look at this as a way to share our beautiful home and extend our hospitality to you. We are currently Carlsbad residents and are both San Diego natives. We love the outdoors, enjoy bike riding, traveling, community events and just about anything that involves fitness and keeping us moving. So, you can only imagine how much we look forward to coming to NCV to get a little RnR from time to time. We were married locally at the Carlsbad Flower Fields (check that out if you are here in the spring) and have so many wonderful memories here in San Diego. This is just such a beautiful part of the world and you will have to come back just to see all that it has to offer. We just know you will love it here too and make some magical memories of your own. Why Penny Leone chose Townsite

Oceanside Beach is simply the best in Southern California. You can walk on the beach for miles, and there's lots of sand! It's not crowded like many other beaches in S Cal. The town is unique and charming, and new shops and restaurants are springing up every week. You will love swimming in the Olympic size heated pool, and there are great restaurants from casual to gourmet. Our guests love the location because it is between Disneyland, Knott's, and Universal Studios to the north, and Sea World, Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo to the south.

What makes this Condo unique

There are so many things to do--the Harbor has boat and kayak rentals, fishing and whale-watching excursions, and it's just fun to watch the boats. Or, we love to just hang out and unwind! The great thing about our condo is that you feel right at home. We hate staying in hotels because you are all in one room. And, we just recently remodeled our master bedroom so that is completely privatized with a locking door! (One of the only 2 story 2 BR's like this at NCV.) And it's so nice to be able to have a nice kitchen, whether you want to use it for breakfast and snacks, or cook a great meal for the whole family.
