This is a 6 Floor Middle Unit....Emerald Key 602 is a great destination for a wonderful vacation on the Gulf Coast where you can wake up to a unspoiled, sensational view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Come enjoy the sugar-white beaches and sparkling waters of Orange Beach from the top floor of our BEACH-FRONT condominium.

This Low Density condo is in the heart of Orange Beach, just minutes away from water-parks, shopping outlets, and fabulous restaurants. The newly decorated, three-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the sixth floor and both living area and master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed with a garden tub, blackout curtains and walk in closet. The Master bathroom has his and hers sinks for your comfort. The master also features a 42" Smart TV, 2 beautiful lamps, beautiful blackout curtains, and shutters on the window.

The second bedroom features two single beds ideal for the kids with a desk, 42" smart TV, and closet that features double sliding closet doors.

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a 42' smart flat screen TV and a double sliding closet doors. This bedroom also has direct passage to the bathroom.

The living area is furnished beautifully and has all the comforts of home that features an 70" LG Nano4K Smart TV. The kitchen is newly updated with Whirlpool finger-print resistant stainless-steel appliances. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay. If you don't see it, call me and I'll get it for you.

Our balcony is the best... A large GULF-FRONT deck, located off the living area, affords you endless views of the beach in both directions. A perfect spot to watch the sun set!!! The balcony is very spacious that features polywood outdoor furniture along with 2 tall adirondack polywood bar chairs.

There will be a blow-up mattress available if needed to accommodate your needs.

Wonderful for Families

Before arriving, Tim was great with communicating. Immediately upon arrival we were blown away by the amenities. Like other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen was *fully* stocked. There was even kids' plates and utensils, a booster seat. The washroom had enough detergent (we wash clothes constantly with three little boys aged 1-4). There were a few beach chairs, even some beach toys. The condo had very nice furniture and bedding and was decorated nicely. A gorgeous view of the gulf. The location is great, just across the rode from multiple grocery stores/markets. The pool was very nice as well. Definitely would give my strongest recommendation. My mother has stayed at several area condos and really liked this one as well. I plan on returning, hopefully every year. It would be hard to improve on this condo experience.

Best beach vacation ever!

This beautiful condo was the most perfect place for our family vacation. So tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed. Tim checked in with us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The gorgeous pool is right below the condo and walking distance from the beach. Do yourself a favor and choose this spot for a perfect family vacation. We can't wait to return! Thank you Tim. It was the best ever vacation.

I am a native of Pensacola, Florida. I am a former baseball player with the Seattle Mariners. I'm still involved in the game and enjoy doing camps with different organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Ect. I bought this beautiful condo in 2003 and I have been so blessed to meet a lot of wonderful people/families over the years. I am currently in healthcare and really enjoy what I do. I'm very thankful for everyone that comes down to Orange Beach and stays at Emerald Key 602. I am willing to do everything I can to make your vacation the best you've ever had. I hope you get a chance to come to Orange Beach and spend some time on our beautiful beaches.
