Location: Lighthouse II, unit 5 - 713 S. Ocean Blvd. Surfside Beach. (You must put Surfside beach in your GPS)
We have a spacious two bedroom two bath condominium in Surfside Beach at LIGHTHOUSE II. Our renter's always leave such wonderful compliments. My goal is to keep the unit nice and wonderful for you! Alway updating! New carpet, new paint, new lighting! Our condominium is located on the third floor with a large ocean front balcony. There is no elevator. There are two reserved parking spaces. The condo is stocked well with dishware, pots, and pans. The condo is constantly being updated.. The condo is cleaned by the same person weekly so everything is clean and working! The view from the balcony is unobstructed! You can walk to the Surfside Pier. Later in the day, you can stroll down the beach for afternoon music on the patio! Surfside Beach has a wide beach, clean and spacious. Easy access to Murrells Inlet, Broadway At The Beach, and new shopping malls! Restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Accommodations: Master bedroom - 1 Queen bed - 2nd bedroom - 1 Queen bed , and living room - Full sofa bed - Sheets & towels are included. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, paper products & toiletries.There is direct access to the beach from a huge private deck. We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the off season. We offer monthly rentals during the winter months (generally November through February). The monthly rentals have an $125. cap on electricity. Any usage over $125 will be deducted from your security deposit.Weekly rates DOES NOT INCLUDE departure maid service

Excellent!

This property was excellent. It is in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and the check in was so easy! Beautiful view! The kitchen was fully furnished and large laundry room. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Thanksgiving 2023

Very nice beachfront condo on 3rd floor of 3 floor 6 plex. Perfect for 2 couples, like us, with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Very clean, up to date, and complete. We all enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lots of beach walks and could also enjoy the beach anytime from the nice balcony. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Bought the condo, and gutted the whole thing with my 3 adult kids! Had a blast! I have been coming to Surfside with my Greek family for over 50 years! It is important that condo be nice, and clean and comfortable! I constantly update so that you may have a great time!

Back stairway provides a break in the wind, so you can be sunbathing in October! Private spacious laundry room, and well stocked kitchen!

What makes this property unique

This condo feels like a home away from home. I like bringing bathing suits, flip flops, t-shirts, and shorts. That is all you need to have a good time. Only 6 units in this complex. You feel like it is your private oasis!
