We use the top cleaning company in Stowe. They are great!
- All laundry (bed linens, towels etc) will be sent out to the laundromat after each rental to take advantage of their sterilization process
- All bedspreads/duvet covers will also be sent out for laundromat cleaning after each rental

** $40,000+ in upgrades during last 3 years, including repainting the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom, dining room, living room, upper hallway, & stairwell. All woodwork in the unit redone to white color.
- Mini split AC wall units added to the family room and downstairs bedroom in 2021

- Also a complete remodel of downstairs bathroom, all new flooring in the downstairs dining room, family room & hallway and new drapes in living room!

Meadowview @ Stonybrook-- Our spacious vacation condominium is centrally located in the prestigious 160 acre Stonybrook Resort, just minutes away from all that Stowe has to offer. The views from the back deck are sensational and the absolute best view in all of Stonybrook.

The Stonybrook resort has a thoughtful balance of recreational facilities, cross country and snowshoe trails, and elegant vacation homes surrounded by meadows, trees and ponds.

Many upgrades have made since the video was filmed about 5 years ago including new flooring in the family room/dining room/hallway, flat screen TV in upstairs bedroom, remodeled downstairs bathroom, new furniture in downstairs bedroom and sleigh bed moved upstairs. All the newest updates are shown in the vrbo pictures. Note- the hot tub in the video has been removed from the Stonybrook Clubhouse and a small gym has replaced the hot tub.

While staying here, take advantage of Stonybrook's excellent amenities such as: sauna and ping pong table in the Stonybrook clubhouse; six tennis courts; two outdoor heated pools for summer use (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend); 14 kilometers of X country ski trails throughout the naturally beautiful grounds; and several ponds for fishing or ice skating.

You will vacation comfortably in our smoke-free vacation home, where you will find new appliances, flooring, draperies, cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. We have a large screen wall mounted HDTV which you can watch from the new comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room.

If you want to 'unplug' and enjoy some old fashioned family time, we also have plenty of board games for the family.

Besides enjoying the incredible view of the Stonybrook Meadow and Mount Mansfield, you will also enjoy warming up by our unique stone fireplace (see pictures and video) with wood provided by Stonybrook at no extra cost.

Bedroom #2- Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed, wall mounted flat screen TV & walkout deck.
Bedroom #3- This is an ideal 'kids' bedroom. 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.
