About Tom Garnsey
We purchased the house and cabin in 2004 as we wanted to have a getaway for our family that was close enough to our home in Bozeman but also light years away in attitude and close to Yellowstone Park and the River. It has turned to be the best move we've ever made. We get to spend time there as a family and share it with the world as well!

Why Tom Garnsey chose Livingston
I spent several years working in Yellowstone when I was younger and had fallen in love with the Paradise Valley. It is one of the most beautifual and relaxing places on earth.
What makes this House unique
We are less than an hour from Yellowstone Park, two minutes from the river, ten minutes from a hike in the mountains, and ten minutes from world renowned Chico Hot Springs. The views from our deck are unsurpassed and the house has everything. Any questions?

The Yellowstone House is a beautiful restored log house in a beautiful location.
This was a great place to convene with many family members from across the country for my daughter's wedding. Very comfortable and cozy for all of us.
It was a great place for any kind of family event or just a fun place to stay.
Couldn’t have been better
Tom and Bridget were fantastic hosts, making us feel at home immediately. The property itself was absolutely perfect for our small wedding. We would live in the fisherman’s cabin if they’d let us!
