Location 9 au 23/07/2022 : 1-pas de parking privé : stationnement dans la rue (un rétroviseur détérioré, une portière défoncée à coups de pied), 2-pas de climatisation : un appareil dans une pièce uniquement, 3-couchage chambre en sous-sol : empilement de 3 matelas 2 places sur un sommier une place sans pieds, 4-porte de douche ne fermant pas : déjà signalé en 2021, 5-fuite d'eau dans la vérandas, 6-pelouse détériorée aux endroits fréquentés : terre battue notamment sous les tables. Je ne recommande pas cette location sauf à être conscient des défauts et à les accepter.

Maison idéale pour les vacances

La maison est bien située : boulangerie , boucherie et supérette à 2 pas, accès direct vers parking port ouest au niveau des portes de La Rochelle. La maison est ouverte sur un jardin bien agreable. Ombragé par de grands parasols. Petit bémol au niveau de la douche à moderniser .
