Christmas Stay at El Dorado Ranch
The condo and community checked all the boxes as far as what was described in the listing. However, the property needs some serious maintenance to make it up to a 4 star rating. A list of the problems follows:
1. The roads in the lower half of the property are not paved and we arrived after a storm which washed out roads and created a lot of mud and wet sand.
2. The second floor shower leaks through into the garage ceiling.
3. The main family room ceiling has a large ceiling stain around the HVAC supply vent. Not sure if that is caused by a roof leak or from damaged duct insulation condensation.
4. The kitchen sink faucet is very loose.
5. Only one of the three under cabinet lights worked.
6. The freezer section of the refrigerator could not keep up and leaked.
7. The fireplace did not work.
8. Be sure to bring lots of your own towels, kitchen supplies and drinking water.
The pickleball courts and people playing were great. We had a fun time on the courts.
