The Ultimate Austin location!

Excellent location for walking, close to all the places a tourist wants to visit. Clean, large, and well equipped room with nice building amenities, at a more affordable price than two hotel rooms. We were very happy.

We were visiting from out of town for a friend's wedding and stayed in this apartment through the weekend. Booking was wicked easy, the property manager contacted me right away to confirm our stay and give us all the details of how to check in. The apartment was very clean, they supplied bath towels and bed linens, and it's perfect for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - both with showers. Best of all was the location of the place, it's right in the heart of downtown, walking distance from everything, and 6th street is only 2.5 blocks away.

The only things that could be improved are having details about parking when the check-in information is given - there is a parking garage so you have to let the concierge know the car's license plate number so you don't get towed, but it's confusing as to when charges for parking starts. 2 different concierge hosts told us different information, so not sure how it actually works. Also, more than 1 key fob would be much easier with a group of 4 people, especially since the apartment is 2 bedroom, one key fob requires a lot of planning with the group since you need the fob to access the building, elevators, and parking garage. Last is paper towels, this place has everything else supplied, adding a roll of paper towels would have been perfect, but this is a small detail. Overall great place to stay and highly recommend to others!!
