This villa has been owned since 1995 by Christine and Paul Collins and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.
You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.
The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a supermarket nearby within a 5 minute walk. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. We recommend a car in this location but it isn’t essential if you like a walk or there is a bus which circulates Playa Blanca and stops within 5 minutes walk of the villa.
This property is modern, and comfortable, the accommodation consists of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c., and the lounge is comfortably furnished with good lighting and a library of books, free wi fi, Live TV and Netflix, are also provided for your entertainment, that’s if you can tear yourself away from that spectacular view through the picture window. From the lounge there is a circular dining area also with views, leading through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and has granite work surfaces fitted. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms + a portable electric radiator is provided if heating is needed in winter months. Air conditioning units work on a pay as you use basis.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not provided as standard but they can be hired from us if needed.
Outside the secluded terrace has a covered shady area for comfort, sun loungers, dining furniture, parasol and barbecue- the terrace is quite private and not overlooked from the main house.
Occupants may have use of the private pool in property reference 8014211 when it is unoccupied at a small extra cost.
