Comfortable house in well-kept complex

We spent nearly ten weeks at Anil's house and enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with Anil was excellent, check-in was easy and we found the property very comfortable and as described. Myra, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and helpful, and looked after us very well. The complex is well kept, safe and friendly, and the swimming pool a great asset. The complex is close to supermarkets, a wide choice of restaurants, and within walking distance of the wonderful beach area.

3 bed row villa in Benailim

We were 2 adult couples staying in this property for 4 weeks over Christmas and new year 23/24. We had some initial issues i.e. washing machine not working, downstairs shower room drainage had major blockage, but these were quickly sorted out (but should have been checked and sorted before we arrived), The layout is: top floor 1 x double bedroom plus en suite, middle floor: 2 x double bedrooms plus one shower room with toilet, bottom floor: lounge with shower room and toilet, Our friends had the top floor with ensuite and we had the middle floor bedroom with seprate shower room. Had there been a third couple we would have struggled because they would have had to use the shower room on the bottom floor. The extractor fan in our shower room had been burnt out long ago so the bathroom is now beginning to get damp. The owner lives abroad so may not have been aware of some of these issues although he does have a 'manager' on site who should have made him aware. Overall the property could do with a deep clean as the local cleaning services offered are extremely basic (and they are charged for extra). The downstairs outside rear patio area is a bit of a rat run and walk through and is certainly not designed for sitting out. The property now is a bit tired and could do with an update and decorating throughout. All of the pillows, bedding, mattresses and curtains throughout are in desperate need of replacing.

Exceptional quiet location

The villa is ideally located on a large complex which has 24 hour security. The Villa has all the necessary amenities and the swimming pool, all well maintained. It takes approx 20 minutes to walk to the beach but there are plenty of alternative transport if you do not want to walk. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are plenty of shops and restaurants. However we fully enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back to this property again. Anil the owner is very helpful.

Spacious, well equipped 3 storey house, good location on a secure site with pool!

Had great contact with owner Anil, answered any questions, and quickly too. Kindly checked everything OK on arrival and departure. Great host.. Property spacious.... 3 bathrooms so we had one each! Well equipped, having a washing machine was great.... Meant no dirty washing to start off the New Year at home. Ceiling fans and air con in all main rooms, lovely library area with rocking chair to 1st floor bedroom where I found myself late afternoon. So many balconies! Pool not too busy and just across from the house. Location good for the centre, and access to the beach in various directions. Thank you for renting us your house Anil, wasn't disappointed.

sehr geräumige Drei-Schlaf-Raum - Wohnung in einer neueren Überbaung mit grossem Swimmimgpool

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer auf den drei Stockwerken hat eine eigene Terrasse. Der Swimmingpool in der Ueberbaung ist gross und einladend. Leider hat es keine Liegen und leine Sonnenschirme. Der Prei liegt eher an der oberen Grenze!
