We wanted to buy a holiday destination in the sun that was easily accessible from our local airport. We holidayed in San Pedro in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the area. At that time the Loz Jazmines complex was in its very initial stages so luckily we were able to buy exactly what we wanted from plans. We purchased the largest 3 bedroom south-western facing apartment in the complex as we wanted all day sunshine on our balcony and we were the first to occupy our apartment in 2006 and we have loved every minute of our time there.
What makes this Apartment unique
Our apartment has become a home-away-from-home for us!! All of our families and friends have holidayed at the complex and each and everyone has said what a fabulous complex it is. San Pedro is a wonderful little town, narrow little streets, with lots of small cafes, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, banks and shops-everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Its great to walk the streets of San Pedro and be recognised and welcomed back by the locals!! Of course if your looking for something more exciting, Porto Banus is only 3kms away, this is a mega wealthy and mega busy town with fabulous shopping and a night-life that never ends!!

Super apartment in a great complex
This is a super apartment, everything from booking to getting the keys was easy. The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable furnishings and was lovely and clean on arrival. It also has a large wrap around balcony. The pool area is well maintained and the complex is very secure.
We will definitely return.

What a wonderful apartment! Spacious, clean, safe, well appointed, and in a fabulous location. The complex is walking distance to the old town and the beach. Shirley was very helpful on arrival and throughout our visit. The pool is lovely and the apartment balcony overlooks it and wraps around two sides of the building. We would highly recommend this rental and plan to return in the future.

We were 4 adults staying at this lovely apartment, inside the apartment was very spacious, clean and well kitted out. The view of the pool area was lovely and the pool area itself was beautiful. Perfect location, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the old town.
The owner, Therese was so helpful and quick to respond and gave details of surrounding area. Also the agents Shirley and Jill were very helpful.
We will definitely return to this beautiful apartment. San Pedro is a beautiful and typical Spanish town.

Fantastic quality apartment and complex
Very impressive clean and well kept apartment. Only 5 of us including 3 kids were staying, so loads of room. Great balcony to sit out on. The complex and pool are also really well looked after. The photos of the pool don't do it justice, it's huge. Good location half way between beech and centre of town. Good sea front and plenty of places to eat in town.

Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for four nights in June and it was everything that it was described to be. It is very spacious ,clean and bright, the beds were very comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed.
The whole process from start to finish was extremely efficient and easy. The owner Therese Hayes replied to my enquiry within an hour and after the final payment I was given contact numbers of her agents in San Pedro and all the information I needed. We were met at the apartment by Shirley who showed us around and was very helpful.
We would definitely rent this apartment from Therese again.

The apartment is just minutes walk to the extensive new boulevard which has just opened in San Pedro. The boulevard covers an area of 55,000 square meters and consists of a 300 meter raised footbridge, many different designs of water features, 6 fabulous children’s playgrounds as well as an open air theatre that seats 800, an artificial ice skating ring and 3 bars/restaurants with terraces. It is also a 5 min walk to the beach and promenade with its many bars, restaurants and water sports.
Malaga is the nearest airport and the approx. driving time is 45 mins. Very good local bus service to Marbella town and all local towns & cities. To explore the area car hire is recommended but not necessary as the local bus service is very reliable and comprehensive.
The apartment is 5 mins walk from the old charming town of San Pedro with its many local shops and gourmet restaurants, in fact San Pedro is fast gaining a reputation for being the "gourmet capital" of the Costa del Sol with many new and very good restaurants opening on a regular basis. Porto Banus with its many fine shops, bars and restaurants is 2kms away, 10 mins by car and a 20 mins walk beach-side. Marbella is approx. 5kms away by car and the famous La Canada Shopping Centre.
Numerous supermarkets, banks, tourist office, coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, restaurants and shops are available in San Pedro. Waterparks, Selwo Animal & Marine Parks and Tivoli World are all approx. 20 mins by car. The Nuevo Alcantara Padel & Tennis Club is next door where visitors can rent the tennis courts, padel courts, gym, the beauty salon & indoor/outdoor restaurant & bar.
