Accommodatie naast straat met gezellige restaurants

Deze accommodatie is perfect voor een stedentrip Valencia in een klein gezelschap. De accommodatie ligt in het oude stadscentrum, naast een gezellig plein en naast een straat met allemaal lekkere restaurants. Alles in het oude stadscentrum is te voet bereikbaar. Op de geplaatste foto’s leek het appartement en het terras een stuk groter, in werkelijkheid vonden wij de accommodatie te klein voor zes personen. De airconditioning werkt wel perfect verkoelend. De communicatie met de host hebben wij als prettig ervaren, host is goed bereikbaar via de mail en telefoon.

Paying for the property was difficult. Their credit card capabilities were off line (for 3 months). They required a bank draft, which I was not comfortable with, but it ended up working out, despite the difficulty. The apartment is much smaller than anticipated (the pictures are VERY stretched). We were there in late June and the apartment was pretty hot. The air conditioning could not keep up. At one point, it froze up and quit working. The management company handling the property was very kind and understanding and prompt throughout the booking and stay. The location is great. Getting into the property is pretty confusing because you need to have a good cell signal to open the bottom floor door and the top floor door. Once we got it dialed in, it was fine, but we were very frustrated on the first night. All in all, it was a decent stay and would have been much better in cooler temperatures. The location is EXCELLENT. Anyone who visits Valencia will certainly walk past this flat during their venture downtown.
