What makes this Cabin unique
This is the last undiscovered area of WNC. 80% of land in Graham County is National Forest & locals are wonderful. You get the entire 53 acre to yourselves. Looking out from front porch you see the acre pond and Beech Creek Mountain, not other cabins . Pond stocked with Rainbow Trout, Bluegill. There are loads of shiners, minnows, frogs, tadpoles, etc..... Set of spinning rods & tacklebox on porch. It's catch & release but if you get shutout on big Lakes you are welcome to a dinners worth during your stay. If you prefer a Biltmore Estate sort of place, it is 90 miles due East of us. There are cheaper places to stay, but none better

Great time!
Great spot, really enjoyed the house, fishing, and all the grapes and blueberries! Very quiet and peaceful.
Glad you had a fine time. The grape vines are over 75 years old & have help up pretty well. The Blueberry, pear, blackberry , peach trees went in 5 years ago. They are just starting to produce a bumper crop if the spring frost does not burn the buds.
All the Best. Jimbo
First family vacation
We took our first family vacation to Jimbo's farm. We went with 3 kids and a puppy. The property is very big and tons of room for the kids and the dog to run around. Jimbo made us feel welcome and the property was a great escape from reality. Beautiful views and great country living was just what we needed.
Glad you all had a fine time. Hope there were plenty of pears & grapes.left.
Thanks again.
All the best. Jimbo
Stay at Jimbos farm
Our stay was nice and kids enjoyed the pond. However for the price for renting I would have expected it be cleaner. The bed linens were not fresh nor were the bathroom towels. The dishes weren't clean and we had to wash before being used. The kids were disappointed to find there was no pool table as read online. Due to the small house outside being unkept we did not use it for sleeping only to wash clothes. I understand it's an old house and will have somewhat a smell but the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous with urine odor. Just very disappointed as I rented this for my daughter and her family and I to have a nice vacation weekend. We made the best of our trip and still enjoyed spending time together.
There are extra sets of linens in the sealed plastic bins in Master Bedroom.
If you would have called Carol she would have come up and addressed your issue.
Jimbo's Playroom / Pool table is in the grey building just up Morningwood Lane .
I called and left a message twice during your stay. My number is right on mantle.
In the dead of summer it does get musty. We do our best.

Amazing Fly fishing, Birding, and Hiking
What an amazing cabin. My kids age 11 and 13 had a blast fishing in the pond. There are tons of trails and waters to fly fish or drop a worm. My old bird dog loved it!! Plenty of room to run and run and run. Tons of birds to be on the look out for as well.
Glad you had a fine springtime stay. It's beautiful that time of year.
We stocked pond with Rainbow Trout & Bluegills just before you arrived. Looking forward to seeing how bluegills do this summer.
You guy's are welcome anytime.
All the best, Jimbo
